Driver was late for 1 hour without any notification. Cenote pictures were misleading …..local staff was friendly but would not really recommend this activity. The drive was 4 hours back and forward

Wished they were realistic with times and duration

Schedules are not respected I booked for 9 am they picked us up for 11 am. We're told the duration of the tour however they fail to include the transportation time. We almost missed a night tour we had. We had to pay a driver to take us out before the ATVs because the schedule was pushed back so much. If you book this experience be prepared to wait and don't have anything planned for later because we who knows what time you will be back

Excursion was fun, but not for families. Van ride to site was out of control. Passengers vaping, twerking and VERY loud explicit music. An driver didn’t stop vaping, my husband had to stop the other passengers. Overall ok, but this was not for families.

Pros: We came with a group of eight ladies for my little sister‘s bachelorette party. We have to say, it was definitely a full day replete with a lot of fun! My personal favorite part was the ATVs because the course was about 45 minutes to an hour long. My friends really enjoyed the cenote, but we didn’t staying very long because we got pretty cold (Florida problems lol). The staff was so upbeat and attentive! I really loved how they had so much humor and energy. The restaurant at the end provided delicious authentic tacos. Bring a snack for the meantime because it’s a long day! Cons: while the photos were a great quality, they quoted different prices to different people that made no sense. We had a group of eight, and one person did not wish to get the photos, so their updated pricing for the package was higher than the original for eight people. We also heard of a couple that got charged more than double what we did per person. The bar guy also determines a price based on where you come from.

Wonderful experience. The pick you up from your hotel, bring you to a very welcoming restaurant/activity grounds and the zip lining was so scary and fun, if your a first timer the got your back the staff know what there doing and are very safe

We had SO much fun!!! It was an entire day activity and every single part was a blast. The staff is super friendly and excited about their job and it is really fun to meet the other tourists as well. Definitely recommended!!

Let me first say they just opened…however, they favor anyone who speaks or looks like them. They charged us more for pictures ($45 each) because we were a couple. While there was another group who were (that were Hispanic) $25 for the entire photo albums which was more than 100 photos. They spoke more to them than they did us. The bathroom needs to be updated because there was toilet tissue or light. I asked for a small life vest and the guy was being slick and gave me a medium which in the water became loose. The drivers to go and come back was nice. Also the food was good. But our tour operator was trying to take a copy of our id but couldn’t explain what it’s needed for (we did not give it to him). I wouldn’t try them again

This is very well organized mass-tourism. If you've done lots of ziplining before, this part is a bit underwhelming, but the ATV part through the jungle is fantastic and the Cenote is really great as well. If you like to jump from heights into the water, you can do that here. Bring extra $5 USD + $5 USD deposit for lockers and remember it's mass tourism = tons of people and you're getting upsold extras at every angle of the tour.

Don’t like the phone police I’m grown traveled all over the world 60 countries and never had anyone take my phone. Also the transportation was double the cost of the tour and it said it was included but it wasn’t....also they didn’t make it clear that the atv was only doubles and wouldn’t let me purchase my own. Just a all around no for me.
