WORST EXCURSION EVER THEY LEFT US 2.5 HOURS AWAY FROM CANCUN
Liverpool1992
, Oct 2019
Where do i start... i had to call the excursion out in Mexico as i had no confirmation that they was going to pick me and my friend up, eventually they said yea 07:10am outside the hotel, i was outside and a lady who couldnt speak english was stood there i then had to walk 5 minutes down the road! Then waited until 8am to be picked up by a bus. Then we drove to have breakfast with another lady speaking the whole way 1 minute english 29 minutes in spanish did not understand anything, then at the food buffet the chickens wings was still pink not cooked. Returned to bus to chichen itza and the tour guide there perfect english very helpful. Then went the cenotes and was told 1 hour return bus for 17:15 so we had a swim then got changed and went to pay for photos at the reception part and was held up due to no ink there we went out for the bus at 17:30 and it had gone we had no signal no number to ring NOTHING OUR PASSPORTS ALL OUR BELONGINGS WAS ON THIS BUS AND THEY LEFT US 2 hours away from cancun! Luckily another bus helped us and give us a lift to the town where they was 20 minutes away i asked why didnt they just come look and they didnt understand. Totally worst ever excursion no wonder the price beats every other YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Awful awful experience
