Amazing Romantic Dinner on a Galeon around the lagoon in Cancun with sax music

We thought it was going to be a sax player and it was a guitar player. It was just great to hear live music and he was very good!! The food and drinks were very ok. Did enjoy the nice night and boat ride. The communication was very good between the company and us before we went . The staff made sure we all were having a good time!!

This experience greatly exceed expectations. The host/MC was funny and entertaining. The servers were extremely accommodating and helpful. The views were breathtaking. The meal and drinks were fantastic. The music was top notch and there was enough space for dancing. They set the ambience with lights and blankets. I couldn’t have asked for more.

So unfortunately, my bf and I missed our flight for our first day in Mexico and was unable to make it to this event we booked. I’m giving this a 5 star review because the customer service was impeccable despite the turn in events. Julio, an employee for this event, reached out to me days in advance to confirm all the details and stayed in communication with me through the fiasco of missing our flight and not being able to attend. He was swift and informative with his responses. That alone made me sure that I would’ve enjoyed this activity. So I definitely plan on putting this on my list of to dos when I go to Mexico. If the staff is this attentive and I didn’t get to attend, than I know they have great work ethics and customer service.

Very beautiful. They take your picture in the beginning. The guide is very funny. They make drinks strong. The food was amazing amazing. Seating below and on the deck. Definitely good portion food for the price. No complaints.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the beautiful hosts to the breathtaking scenery, definitely a must! The only downside was the lobster was a little dry and could tell it wasn’t fresh!
