Your host meets you in central Budapest before leading you to the boat awaiting you on the Danube. Head to the upper deck for fresh air or take a seat by the large viewing windows of the deck down below.

As you take off along the water, you are poured a flight of Hungarian wines. Each tasting promises the flavourful notes from the country’s best organic winemakers produced without additives.

As you sip and sample, lookout to enjoy the view of Budapest’s panorama. See the majestic domes of the Gellért Baths, the Parliament Building, and the regal glow of the Royal Palace. Snap some photos as you sail under the Chain Bridge, and spot additional landmarks like the arcade of Fisherman’s Bastion and the Citadel. Then continue to wine taste, cleansing your palette with a serving of Hungarian snacks, included with this ticket.

After you've sampled all of the wines, you’re welcome to purchase additional drinks on board. Sweet dessert wines are available, among others. Then make your final toast as the boat returns to land at its original departure point.

Booked the cruise with two cocktails. Took over 35 minutes to get one drink. Then asked for a cola and it was flat. Told the bar lady it was flat to give me another and she went into a huff. Cocktails were not very tasty at all.

A great way to see Budapest at night. Thee wine tasting had 7 wines (plenty) and the 3-piece string orchestra gave the trip a nice ambience. This was our final excursion for our trip and a great way to wrap things up.

I would recommended to provide some comments about the buildings and the history behind them while cruising. These cruises are usually fully booked so, if you want a window seat, you better arrive very early (1h before departure). There are 3 open spaces to take pictures. The musicians did a great job.
