Really - a review!! The bus never arrived as the company who was supposed to do the tour stopped trading during covid. Everyone left standing there and now applying for refunds.

I left the hotel around 7 am to go to the meeting point. Once there the driver didn't show up and I was stuck in Brisbane with no trains to the cost walking arround with my luggages, waiting for a flight at 7.30 pm. First and the last time for sure.

Arrived at pick up point along with 8 other people. No one came to pick us up. No communication from anyone, tour phone number not available. We book for a Monday and apparently the same thing happened on Saturday. Hopefully we can get a refund!!!!!

It’s a scam. We along with 10 other people waited at 276D Albert street since 07:40 till 08:30am but the bus/driver didn’t arrive. The tour was supposed to start at 7:45am. Also, the contact number provided was coming as disconnected. Eventually, we left back without getting the chance to travel and haven’t got any confirmation on our refund even after 3 days.

we did not get to take the tour after even paying our money, tours are not running for another two months. Someone needs to communicate more and not be so inefficient. If you are unable to do your job properly Get Out and let someone who does know do it. Very disappointed and annoyed, would never book through Viator again such an incompetent group.

Good info and history provided for a visit to the Sunshine Coast on a rainy day. The weather could have spoiled the trip. So we as a group chose to head north to the rainforest.. where it was sunny.. go figure. As a guide, Heather was a great watchdog and pointed out things to look for as well as helping foreign tourists understand what was going and what we were seeing. Would recommend
