The Tour said that it would include 1) Helmets which were not provided; 2) A lesson on safety and accident prevention which was not provided; 3) The tour would be guided which it wasn't. No guide accompanied us biking; 4) Lunch will be provided but it wasn't. There was a very small snack (four olives, handful of dried fava beans); 5) We were provided an app for us to use to find our way around on the tour on our own. Since this wasn't shared in advance we did not know how it worked. Further, if there is no mobile coverage or a battery dies there is no map or way of knowing how to proceed. This happened and we had to revert to using google maps on our own with the other person's mobile. I would highly recommend the Viator review the thoroughness of the offerings of their selected tour providers.
