Pizza and a history tour. Can’t get better than that. Tour guide was amazing. Waited for us all to gather before she spoke. Spoke loudly and full of excitement and energy.

Not worth it.

Started out well and first pizza stop was delicious. Toured some of the freedom trail. Then went to a park and we were left there for almost 30 minutes while tour guide went to pick up pizza for our second slice. Wasn’t expecting this wait. Kids were antsy and starving. Then ended 5 min later with last stop barely having time to digest second stop. I wish pizza stops would have been timed better to be both equally spread apart and also not waiting 25 min for your guide to come back. He said the pizza place forgot our order so it was not his fault but still caused rest of tour to be very rushed and still ran past time.

Good pizza, enthusiasm, and significant landmarks
Eric
, Jun 2022
The guide was incredible friendly and sociable. Not as much of the freedom trail as I thought but still plenty to be happy about. The pizza is enjoyable and his knowledge of historical events and the enthusiasm he presents it with is quite enjoyable as well. I would definitely recommend this if you're interested in aspects of the freedom trail but not looking to delve in to the minutae. It was just a lot of fun.

Narrator seemed to be lost sometimes as to history of Boston. He should have made it a more fun outing as the children were getting bored about halfway through. Even asked if we wanted the last pizza slices and the. Almost forgot the cannolis had to run off to get them in the end.

I'm sorry to hear that your children didn't fully enjoy their visit with us. The Colonial & Revolutionary history of Boston doesn't always interest younger children.

Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Smooth walking with one hill and one flight of stairs. We were able to sit at each pizza place. We walked enough to make room for the next pizza slice. I enjoyed all the architecture facts. Definitely recommend this tour.

This was a phenomenal tour! I was a bit apprehensive to walk into Modern Pastry past the line and then I couldn't find the stairs, but they are there! Head on down. The tour actually starts here with the first pizza, or at least it did with my tour so don't shy on ordering a drink ahead of the start time. You'll have time! This tour showed us so many neat things that aren't mentioned on most tours and I loved that about it.
