    Day trip to Provincetown

Nice ferry. Took a day trip to Provincetown from Boston. The ride out there was rough! They actually warned people before we left about the seas and possible sea sickness. My daughter and I don’t get sea sick but for sure a lot of others do! 🤢 Our whale watching trip in Provincetown got canceled due to rough seas (different boat company) and Harbor City Cruise let us hop back on an earlier boat even with their fare rules being what they are….fair but strict. Very accommodating and crew was nice and very informative and helpful. Trip back wasn’t bad at all. I think we just caught a day with small craft advisory and they did offer to reschedule or refund anyone prone to motion sickness before we left Boston

The ferry was impeccably clean. With the Delta variant becoming more pervasive, it was comforting to see a crew member cleaning the handrails throughout the ferry.

The evening I arrived in Boston, the weather was terrible and the ferry to Ptown needed to cancel. I very much appreciated that the Ferry company chartered a bus to transport everyone to Provincetown in light of the weather… the bus ride took about 2.5 hours … but it was terrific that they honored the reservation and got everyone to Provincetown. Thank you!

I paid for a ticket for my husband and had to cancel early that day, first person was helping me and we were disconnected, I called back and the young lady wouldn't help me because said the booking wasn't in my name. I asked her to check and see who paid for it, she was rude and would not help me. Never again refund or not.
