In 3 days we only got to use the bus once and that was the first day then didnt see another. The next day we waited over an hour at the first stop then gave up. Staff were there at first.We were told the bus would arrive in 20 minutes.After an hour it was still a no show. The staff had gone also by then.Another bus company told us they only had 2 buses on all day and I believed them as we never saw another in the 3 days we were there.

We waited in front of St Georges Market for over an hour. 2 of the other bus company came by but never saw the one I paid for. Never saw them anywhere in the city.

Overall an average bus tour with good commentary in parts visiting all the key areas of interest. The buses were old and most importantly we and other passengers were left standing for more than an hour at times waiting to hop back on. Good price but the more costly city tours bus came past much more often. You get what you pay for after all.

I wouldn't hesitate to book with City Tours again. The driver was very skillful in busy traffic. Our guide was a great guy,..very knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour and a lovely singing voice...he played us songs and encouraged us to sing along too, a great experience which we loved. Made our day!

The tour is great value, very informative and simply good fun! The tour guides really know their subject and gave perspective on 'the troubles' which really brought the history to life. On a practical level, we travel with our two small dogs and were pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to bring them on the bus too. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast - it'll help you understand the city better than if you'd spent a week working through it yourself using guide books.

The staff was outstanding; we started in the wrong place for pickup however we were shuttled over in an empty bus and the guide stayed with us. At the end allowed us to get a coffee and then they drove us over close to our hotel, beeped and waved good bye as we left.
