Roberto, our guide was absolutely delightful. He was extremely knowledgable, very passionate about the subject matter and truly informative. He was terrific and I would highly recommend him as a guide for anything Gaudi-related. The Sagrada Familia came to life for us. Our group ended up =being only 5 people, which was lucky, but he would be great for a larger group as well.
Tour start was a bit crazy but the tour guide was excellent and the building is magnificent!!

We almost missed connecting with our tour guide. City Wonders did not provide good info on how / where to meet. By chance we spotted the tour guide holding the sign, otherwise we would have missed it.
Once we started though the tour was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the building and pointed out numerous features we would have missed had we not done the tour. A guided tour definitely worth it.

Lela....I hope I am spelling her name correctly was very enthusiastic and proud of her city, it's history and of course Sagrada Familia! She explained a lot about the history with personal stories as well! Only negative, and this was not the tour's fault is that it was SOOOO crowded with people! Made it difficult to move from location to location during the tour. I would book again but maybe when the season was not so busy!

Came to Barcelona on a cruise. Had not planned to enter the church but decided the night before that I wanted to after all. Purchased ticket for 2 pm tour online. Had no way to print ticket but took photo on my phone. Arrived at church about 1:25. Entrance was sold out for the rest of the day. I showed my ticket on my phone and asked where I should enter because there was not good instruction provided. They sent me across the street to the travel agency. After a 10-15 minute wait in line, they sent me to another travel agency “in the park, under the lamps” on the other side of the church. I walked the entire park twice, asked a security guard at the church and a vendor in the park and no one knew anything about City Wonders who issued my ticket. At 1:55, I gave up and got back on the Hop On, Hop Off bus which WAS a good purchase through Viator. But this one was a $41 live and learn the hard way.

This tour was advertised as a Fast Entry tour but we had to queue for about half an hour to enter the Church. We were also told to wear appropriate dress i.e. no shorts or bare shoulders. However this was not enforced and the majority of tourists were in shorts or summer dresses, on a very hot day in Barcelona.
THE GUIDE NEVER SHOWED UP AND I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, the guide never showed up although we waited for 1 hour. When we called the company to let them know, they said they would send another guide to the rescue. The second guide never came. A bit later we called the company a second time and they said they would just "cancel the tour in general" and they would reimburse me. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my money back. I will NEVER buy another tour from here again! Stay away.

Decent tour. Joseph the guide did the best he could to fill in the information about the tour. Our first time, it is a little overwhelming the vast amount of time and energy to build Sagrada Familla. Still under construction. So many little details to see and talk about. Impossible to cover everything. And with so many people going on tour from so many groups the noise level is fairly high and you run into other people and someone is in your pictures. Regardless it's the best way to visit your first time. Read up on Gaudi before you go.
