SCAM, STAY AWAY
MariLiis_K
, May 2022
Buy the tickets from Camp Nou site! The tickets via this operator need to be claimed 30minutes away from the actual Camp Nou location. As we were running out of time, had no chance to come back and nobody answered the phone from this tour guide side we had to pay double for the tickets. Viator did not help with the refund as it was listed that the tickets need to be claimed elsewhere and "They now tagged this booking as customer no show, therefore no refund is due in this case." Hard to admit that we fell for this but total SCAM what takes advantage of small writing under "additional information".

This company is scam. They charge double the price, compared to if you book your ticket directly. They offer no refund even if they are at fault. Don't book from them

i thought would have to wait for long time to get in. Surprisingly, even the queue was long, the moving speed was fast. It's worthy, especially when i saw my boyfriend's smile.

Tour was great but the process of collecting the entry ticket from the other end of town was ridiculous. Surely there must be a way to have the ticket sent straight to your phone while travelling.

To avoid
Vanhauwermeire_K
, Apr 2022
To avoid: tickets should be collected at the office and not the stadium. Offices are not located there. I went with disabled kid by taxi for his birthday. So I had to pay for it a second time. Hopefully BC gave me a 50% discount. Viator refused to refund me afterwards.

Dear Vanhauwermeire_K, I regret you couldn´t use the Camp Nou - F.C.Barcelona Open Day Ticket by not attending the office to redeem the tickets. Please note it is indicated before booking on the activity description: "Is mandatory to pick up the tickets at the Julia Travel Office at Estació del Nord (street Alí Bei 80, platform 19) betwen 09.30am and 5pm" "If the client attends directly to Camp Nou without the official ticket, will not be allowed to get into the Tour." Very interesting place. The tour to the museum and stadium was exciting. The tour time is also moderate with memorable events on site.

This was a great surprise. I had an idea as to what I was getting into (love the team, but not my team). As a fútbol fan, the rich history stored in the state of the art museum was totally worth it. Then sitting on Barcas staff bench... priceless.

The stadium it’s all I ever wanted to see when I was younger. When I was a kid I wanted to play there but since that didn’t happen my dream was to see one the best stadiums in the world and now I have. It was a blessing

Disgusted
Steve_S
, Nov 2021
After booking the the tickets they wouldn’t let me download the tickets , I was told to get a taxi and drive 25 minutes from my hotel to pick them up and then drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction to go to the stadium, not only would it of been a €70 extra expense the friend I was with is wheelchair bound. I find it very hard to believe that was the only choice, when I complained, no sympathy shown in anyway and lost my money, be very careful using this site, they take the money and run with no duty of care, disability or not.

Worth the tour itself, but get the entry tickets on your own!
norbac
, Jul 2021
Skip this travel agency and get your own entry tickets at the box office, or the official Barcelona website, period! The tour itself was worth every penny, but having to deal with this travel agency (Julia Travel) was like pulling teeth! First, it's true what many reviewers have commented on about getting their tickets from Julia Travel; you have to get the actual entry ticket(s) from the agency by trading a Viator voucher first. And that "little" extra step ended up being such a pain in the neck. Luckily for me, they were able to email the actual ticket to me so I had it saved on my phone, but it took I don't known how many phone calls in order to establish that A) they didn't have any physical address just yet, and B) they were so disorganized that only after numerous phone calls I was able to get my actual entry ticket to the Camp Nou and museum. Now, as far as the tour itself is concerned, it was worth every penny I must say. Even if you are not a Barca fan (or even a soccer fan), the historical impact of this soccer club will make you appreciate its tremendous popularity worldwide. The amount of history behind this club is remarkable. The museum has so many historical artifacts and pictures displayed to please every soccer fan, especially Barcelona's. I loved the fact that we were able to visit the top seating sections in the stadium, including the press boxes, as well as the bottom ones. Unfortunately the turf was being replaced so I couldn't see the green grass field, but being able to see this humongous stadium was well worth the visit. The tour ends, of course, at the souvenir shop, where prices are rarely discounted, but I was able to get a few things here and there with a rather important discount, including an "official" Barca t-shirt. All in all, I'd strongly recommend this tour even if you're not a Barca fan, but just get the tickets from the official Barcelona website beforehand or at the box office if at all possible.

Not ideal .
Carmen_M
, Jul 2021
Not ideal to buy, you need to pick up tickets at another location . Not the stadium . Most if these activities you get your tickets in minutes . If you can buy the tickets at the stadium better . I didn’t realize this until I was at the stadium and it’s quite a way from the city . I ended up purchasing new tickets at the stadium so a waste of money .

Save yourself the time and hassle and just buy your tickets at the stadium
Tina_S
, Mar 2020
I wish I knew that we had to pick up the tickets at a different location beforehand. Booking details also says that tours are available from 10:00 to 18:00 which was false! Arrived on sunday March 2nd at 13:45 - found that out that we needed to pick the tickets up at a different location - was told by a Camp Nou representative that there was not point in leaving and coming back since touring of the stadium was closed on the day of our visit. It wasn't even 14:00 yet we wouldn't have been able to use our tickets even if we had picked them up beforehand - contacted the tour company and was told that we would have known all of this when we picked up our tickets but what good would this have done when touring of the stadium wasn't open anyway! Save yourself the time and hassle and just buy your tickets at the stadium - at least they won't sell you a ticket to see a stadium that isn't even open for touring during the hours you were given. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Make your small print clearer to your customers
mpatel1988uk
, Jan 2020
Did not happen - as it was not clear that I had to collect the ticket from another office and not directly from the Camp Nou, my access was denied. I reached the Camp Nou for the ticket desk to confirm this and when I called the helpline, they advised that is was not possible to provide a PDF of the ticket even though I had already paid. Due to my limited time and money available, I was not able to go to the office and collect the ticket and as a result missed out on the experience entirely. The experience left me devastated.

This stadium was massive in size but the tour lacked structure. Not as good as Madrid’s stadium. Access to places such as the home dressing room unavailable.
