Showed up at 5am the same time as the cruise hot to terminal. My flight was at 10am. I was told they would be there at 730. At 530 he demanded another 20 EUR as we were just getting off ship after he called me about 10 times. Would not honour agreement. How could I get off the ship at the same time it arrives that's not possible and they know that so they were scamming me for more money I would not use the service

I had booked this 3 weeks in advance and when the time arrived for them to be at the cruise terminal, no one was there. I called and they said it was for 10:15am when it was suppose to be for 7:30an. I member of our group had to go by cab in order to catch her flight and we still had to pay Viator. Very bad service.

I order a car for pick up at 5:30am to make a early flight back to the US. On day of pick up the driver was there but he could not leave until 6:00am which would make me late for my flight. I then had to get a taxi to airport. I was still charge for a pickup I didn't use because the driver would not take me to airport until 6;00am for a 9:40am flight. Why would Viator let me book a p/u for 5:30 when they couldn't deliver. So disappointed in this company.

We were concerned because we had an early flight and worried that we'd not get to the airport on time. Our driver was waiting for us outside the terminal - on time and ready to go. He assisted with the luggage and took a smooth and direct route to the airport. We arrived with plenty of time to spare and relaxed in the terminal waiting for our flight. I'd definitely use Viator for both touring and transportation between airport ship or hotels. An excellent experience!

I had booked a ride to the airport from the cruise port in Barcelona . While on the ship they changed our departure terminal from B to C ,I tried to contact the company by email and phone but got nowhere ,so of course departing the ship at the time to meet no one was was there to meet us ,so I had to pay to take a cab to the airport so that trip cost me double . I guess it's live and learn as they say

We were charged additional money by the transfer company because they said they had waited additional time. They apparently arrived at 6 when the cruise docked and they didn't provide time for the additional time it takes to disembark from the ship.
