Drive to Basavanagudi to visit Nandi Temple, famous for the hulking granite bull statue that is carved from a single piece of rock. Walk over to nearby Dodda Ganesha Temple to view the Ganesha statue that stands 18 feet (5.5 meters) tall and 16 feet (4.9 meters) wide.

Hop back in your vehicle to go to the 9th-century cave temple Gavi Gangadareshwara Temple, a fine example of Indian rock-cut architecture. Head over to Venkataramanswamy Temple, which dates back more than 300 years ago and has walls adorned with the figures of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.

Next up, visit the Hare Krishna's ISKCON temple, which is located at Hare Krishna Hill and rates as one of the largest ISKCON temples in the world. If you like, you can purchase a vegetarian lunch at one of the cafeterias within temple complex. 

The last temple of the tour is the Art of Living International Centre, situated on top of the Panchagiri Hills, 15 miles (24km) to the southwest of Bangalore. Have the option to attend a meditation sessions or take the Ashram bus tour if seats are available.

Bull Temple
Start the temple tour of Bangalore after meeting your private local guide and personal chauffeur at hotel lobby. Drive to Basavanagudi to visit famous Bull temple. This is the biggest temple of Nandi in the world measuring 15ft in height and 20 feet in length. The actual temple is small consisting only of the shrine. The temple was built in the year 1537 by the local ruler of the erstwhile Vijayanagara Empire. The granite structure of the statue of Nandi is cut out of a single piece of rock.Walk down to Dodda Ganesha Temple. The huge Ganesha of this popular temple is 18 ft tall in height and 16 ft wide. The lord is also generally known as Shakthi Ganapathi or Satya Ganapthi. Drive to ISKON temple. Sri Radha Krishna Chandra or ISKON temple is situated at Hare Krishna Hill. This Neo-Classical temple is attached to a cultural complex occupying a seven acre hillock. It is one of the largest ISKCON temples in the world.Try some vegetarian lunch (at your own cost) at one of the cafeterias within temple complex.

Venkataramana Swamy Temple
Venkataramanswamy Temple was built over 300 years ago and is home to some very interesting and intricate carvings. Though it is a relatively small temple the lion brackets and carvings of human and animal figures make it a unique example of Dravidian civilization. The figures of the Gods Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva adorn the walls. The idol in the sanctum sanitarium, is Lord Venkatarama.

Art of Living International Center
Visit Art of Living International Centre, Situated on the top of the Panchagiri Hills, 24km southwest of Bangalore, near Udipalya village. The campus is spread over 65 acres, with an abundance of flowering foliage spread along winding footpaths, a peaceful lake and the exquisitely beautiful Vishalakshi Mantap, the central meditation hall. Started in 1986, the ashram is an exquisite blend of the old and the new. The Ashram is an ideal location for reflection and retreat, where people from all backgrounds, religions and ethnicity come together in knowledge, celebration and service. Feel free to attend some of meditation sessions ( most times free) or jump on to the Ashram bus tour ( 1:30 hours tour for Free ) if seats are available.Return back to the hotel with wonderful memories.
