Good but be aware temple if athena not included... but is doable if you skip lunch
, Sep 2021
Trip was overall good but felt it was at times difficult to understand the tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and nice but her explanations often left out some details that made it difficult to fully grasp the stories that bring the site to life. Also I was disillusioned to find out the temple of athena wasn't included as this is the main site people recognize from Delphi. Luckily I had not signed up for the lunch so instead if taking the bus to the town of Delphi with the group I walked down to the temple and then met the bus in town after (the guide also offered to pick me up st the temple orthe museum which was nice). It's easy and there was enough time, but you should make people aware of this as an option if they want to skip lunch as I know there were several others on the tour that were disappointed they weren't going to get to see the temple of athena/thalos.

Well organized.

Most memorable portion was Delphi. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend skipping the stadium to spenote time in the museum.
Mesmerizing place, great guide!

An amazing guide who is clearly enthusiastic about her work. The site itself, Delphi, is mesmerizing with plenty of time to explore. Skip the included lunch at Hotel Amalia as they are perfectly willing to drop you off at the nearby village (which you have to pass through) for an hour to eat at a local spot. Grade A experience overall.
Don't bother unless you are a history professional

While the site was historically important, there wasn't much to see. The best parts were in the museum but we were rushed through there like it was a race. Also, the bus we spent five hours on had the least amount of leg room of any public transportation in my lifetime. Imagine the tightest airplane you were ever on and then add a few more rows of seats. You physically could not sit in your seat without your knees jammed up against the seat in front of you.

Dear client, We are thanking you for your review. Its true that you spent 5 hours on the bus but unfortunately Delphi is 5 hours driving to go and return to Athens and we cannot change this. The deluxe Mercedes Minibus 19 seated is ideal for small groups in order to conforming Covid regulations. Thank you Hara Kritikidou

Awesome Tour! Loved it all!

Wow! What a wonderful trip and Vickie was amazing! So knowledgeable and fun!! Pretty drive up and back from Athens. Once you arrive there are some small hills and climbing to get to the top to see the ancient theater (stadium) but so worth it. Walk on the same paths as those over 2 millennium ago. Beautiful views across the valley and down to the sea. Absolutely worth the trip! Thanks for a great tour!
Great experience

Kudos to the guide. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Everything was on time which is a welcome suprise. I would strongly recommend this tour. Note: the Arahova stop was very short and perhaps not worth the time.

Great Tour!

Very good day overall! Tour guide was great and itinerary was followed perfectly. Only complaint was that the tour bus is a bit cramped - especially if you are tall. Definitely long drive to and from, but that is true for anyone coming from Athens.
