Athens coach tour and The Acropolis walk about
, Mar 2020
We had a great time learning about Athens & The Acropolis! Our guide shared interesting information and was pleasant to listen to. The coach was very comfortable and the driver operated the vehicle safely. We got extra lucky with excellent weather and small crowds!

Honeymooners Half day Athens tour
, Mar 2020
We did the half day Athens tour with museum pass. Our tour was amazing, we drove past at least 6 or 7 historical sites/monuments on our way up to the Acropolis! My husband and I absolutely loved our tour guide, she was extremely knowledgeable and explained the significance of everything we saw and the history behind it. We truly enjoyed listening and learning and then We had about 35 mins to walk freely and take photographs! I would absolutely recommend this tour!!

Extremely horrible day!
, Jan 2020
My family has done more than 30 tours though Viator, by far this is the worst tour with the worst tour guide. Ms Dora Voukelatour was our guide that day, she was the most impatient and the rudest guide by far. Because I had a keen operation, I couldn't keep with the guide on the slippery marble steps in the rainy day at Acropolis. After I got lost with the tour, my wife asked the guide for help, she shouted so loudly at my wife and made her cry, even the gate staff at the Acropolis tole her stop being so horrible to her customer. Since my wife couldn't get help from the guide and her company CHAT, she had to go to a police station by herself in the none English speaking country. The guide didn't give us the Athens Acropolis Museum tickets we paid for. CHAT tour and the guide Dora Voukelatou didn't provide the same quality service as all the others, we never had any problem with Viator. CHAT didn't contact us about the pick up, we had to call them to find out. Finally they rudely refused to refund the tour nor the tickets we paid for. Vitor shouldn't include them as part of its service!

terrible tour day
, Dec 2019
My wife and I have done about 10 or tours through Viator and this is by far the worst one. The tour only lasted about two hours and wasted time by having to go through explaining things in multiple languages. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this tour.

Hello from Chat Really sorry to know that you were so disappointed from our tour and from our Guide which is really one of the best. This is an organized tour is not private. The guide must be with with all the group guiding them (as far as i can see the tour was only in English) and giving the necessary frre time on the Acropolis. She was waiting as much as possible for you at the end of the first part on the Acropolis and she also asked from one of the guards to assist you to the way down and you refused. At the end the tour was very late to continue for the second part since we were looking for you. You left by taxi to your hotel (Novotel) and nobody knew about that not even your wife who was looking for you as well. The guide asked your wife to ask for helo from the closest police station and she gave her her card in order she needed any help. She had to continue the tour with the rest of the group since we were already more than thirty minutes out of the program.. We found out from the Police that you were by taxi to your hotel. The tour can be English and French the most it can not be multiple languages. Thank you for your patience Christos Nikolaou
Overall great experience

Great experience and would recommend. Downside was the hard sell on board for island tours. Lunch was good but it would be nice if water, at least was included.

Very informative

Though I had done this tour before, I totally enjoyed it this time because the guide, Dora, was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. I ended up learning new facts altogether.
