the entire experience with the tour guide was excellent. To start with, tour guide was at the meeting place right on time and greeted us with lots of excitement and very professionally. She was very pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable regarding the history of the city. Any question we had regarding the city she explained to us very pleasantly and with lots of excitement. Even though the weather was not cooperative (raining), the way she was telling us the history of the city and showing us the land marks, we felt that it was the most memorable experience.

Our guide was a delightful lady, who was very good company, but seemed totally unsuited to be a tour guide. She did not always know where she was in the city and knew very little of its history, structurally, architecturally or socially. She was good at talking about herself and her friends, shops for nails and screws (for example), good hotels and the red light district. It was memorable, but for the wrong reasons.
