Dear tansjm, I am sorry to hear that you were left disappointed with the Amsterdam Dutch beer discovery experience you had with us. Part of our inclusions as listed on the experience page are 6 beer tastings and some classic accompanying snacks. Your host wanted to make the most of your time by providing you with quality local beer and not rushing between venues, the quantity of which is not listed under our inclusions. Could you please point us to the page where you read this would include visiting 4 breweries? I cannot find this listed on any of our pages... Prior to the experience, your host proposed to you an itinerary via email, which included 2-3 stops where you could enjoy 6 Dutch beer tastings. You agreed to this itinerary. I wish you had mentioned that you wanted to visit the Heineken brewery specifically, either to our team in the initial questionnaire we sent to you, or to the host. If we had known this we could have certainly included this in the itinerary! Because our experiences are private and personalized, our aim is to provide you with a tailor made experience. 2 City Unscripted experiences are never the same as our objective is to meet our guests' specific requests.
