We had an incredible time. It was the perfect amount of time to see the top sights in Jordan. Our driver Firas was kind, resourceful and informative. We felt very safe and comfortable with him. We added Jerash and Mt. Nebo, which worked very well. Overall, an amazing, memorable trip in a land full of history.

Excellent. Driver Mr arafat very good and cooperative. We enjoyed petra valley excurtion, unbelievable fissures in the rocks Mesmerising night stay in wadi rum in ufoluxotel -- a modern tent with all latest amenities Ever remembring experience of star gazing under telescope Beautiful trip by Viator and Ziyad travel First day Landmark hotel gave us high rise room but trip end night low floor with no scenic view . On enquiry the hotel reception put the blame on trip manager I will not recommend Land mark hotel.

My sister and I booked this tour and we both really enjoyed our time. Our guide and driver, Hafez, was super nice and made sure we felt comfortable. When we stayed in Amman we stayed at the Olive Hotel. We personally didn't care for this hotel. The positives are that is has excellent wifi and the rooms are spacious. The staff are all very nice. The negatives are that the buffet lacks a lot of variety and there are possible bed bugs in the room we stayed in our first night. When we were in Petra we stayed at Petra Palace Hotel. The staff were also very kind. This hotel is on the older side however the rooms were clean and they were cozy. The location is great and they also have excellent wifi. The dinner and breakfast buffet were really good; there was a lot of variety. The attraction that I most enjoyed was the desert tour. It was so much fun. I wish I booked an overnight there. I would absolutely book this tour again. The only thing I would do different is booking an overnight at the Wadi Rum, spending more time at the Dead Sea, and exploring the city of Amman. These sites are a must see and I wish I had more time to explore more of Jordan.

My driver Hafez, was a nice guy. He’s kind of funny. During our last night, I said that the San Rock Hotel’s food is not nice, he offered to drop me off at some good dining place. I said, sure and asked him along for some local KFC for which he treated me to the meal. The tour to Wadi Rum was amazing and friendly driver. Petra was really fantastic but time was too short. I had 3 hours there. Other than the 30mins walk before one reach The Treasury, the 2 hour private guide was detailed. But when we reach the end of tour before even reaching the Monastery, I’m running short of time. Heading into the Monastery is another 45mins walk (one way) with 900-1000stairs to climb. Would advice a full day at Petra. That should be great. The hotel Movenpick Nabatean in Petra was an amazing hotel facing the pretty Sunset over the horizon. Dead Sea was good, but would be even better if it was held at Hilton Instead. As I had it at the Amman Beach Resort (which was a local beach), I wasn’t able to experience the mud spa service.

My husband and I were met at the airport, driven to our hotel. We paid for 5 star so hotels were good providing breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately dinner was a buffet each night. We were able to delete the trip to the Dead Sea and add a different stop on our way to Wadi Rum. 4 wheel drive in Wadi excellent. We had a private guide in Petra for almost 3 hours and spent another 3 hrs hiking to Monastery and back. Hassan our driver spoke excellent English, was punctual and helped us enjoy our time in Jordan. Highly recommend

The visit was amazing from pick up to drop. Though I had to cut short and change my plans due to personal emergency, everything was taken care of. Infact I even got a refund on my Wadi Tum trip which I could not take. My drive for this tour - Aarafat was amazing and very helpful. Special mention of my guide in Petra - Saleh. Very knowledgeable and amazing. I was a solo female traveller n felt absolutely safe.

Hassan was a wonderful guide, he was very attentive and took us to some other sites that were not on the specific itinerary, but which we had time to visit. The country and experience was amazing and highly recommended - we were made to feel so welcome by everyone that we met in the country, Jordan is a beautiful place. What an amazing experience. We were greeted by our driver upon arrival at the airport and he drove us to our hotel where he helped with the check-in process. So no one is surprised, all the hotels have metal detectors and body scanners you have to walk through each time entering the hotel. This wasn't off-putting at all as it's for your safety. Petra is just amazing and much larger than we anticipated. We were told that approximately 90 of it is still underground. Next day we were off to Wadi Rum. We upgraded to a 3 hour jeep tour which was amazing. Our driver took my neck scarf and wrapped my head as a Bedouin and then took red from red rocks and painted my face as well. He showed us how the Bedouin's make soap out of a plant and then in the middle of nowhere we came across a Bedouin he knew that was brewing tea. We stopped and he threw his coat down for us to sit on in the sand and he then proceeded to pour us tea. Spent about half an hour there. Dead Sea was next. There are bowls of mud and you shouldn't miss the experience of slathering it all over your skin. It feels so soft going on. We then went to the water's edge and not quite sure how to approach floating but it just happens. Were told the Dead Sea is evaporating and may not be hear in 40 or so years. Jordan was amazing and we felt perfectly safe while there.

This was an amazing trip. Our guide suggested a couple of small logistical changes that were right on. Rather than going to Petra on the first day we switched the order of Petra and Wadi Rum. This was GREAT as we arrived at Petra just before it opened and were first in. Many of our pictures don't include any other tourists. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. This made for an awesome experience. We were a bit disappointed with the Dead Sea. 5 minutes to say that we experienced it was good enough. Wadi Rum made up for it. We expected it to be just OK, but will have lots of positive memories. First time riding a camel, and 5 days later I can still feel it. It is an amazing place. Bottom Line: Great Tour.

We had a particularly poor experience with this tour. We'd paid for 'Prime Class' hotels - which promised western 4 star standard. They were 2-3 star standard with poor food and, in Amman, poor location. Facilities at the Dead Sea were unsanitary. We were made to feel like an inconvenience to our driver. I would not recommend at all.

TOUR OPERATOR COMMENT: Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware, we requested hotel feedback from the clients and they did not mention any complaints on the date of the tour. The hotels are 4 star hotels as per the Jordan Hotel Association and the tour clearly states that the 3 nights in a ‘prime-class’ hotel are included. Hotel grades in Jordan differ to those used in other Western countries, but typically ‘prime-class’ hotels are of a 4-star standard. Please note the Ayass hotel is top rated on TripAdvisor. Also I would like to clarify that the client's main complaint after the tour was completed was due to the bad weather during their stay as it was not possible to do Wadi Rum visit or any additional visits. During the winter rainy days with heavy winds it is challenging to operate normally, especially when safety comes first for our clients. Zaid Tours & Travel always puts client safety first. However, out of good faith, Zaid Tours has sorted out a refund for not completing visits due to bad weather during clients visit to Jordan end of January 2018.

Awesome work done by Zaid Tours and Travel. Our guide for the entire trip, Auny, was great! They really made us feel comfortable and went out of the way to ensure that we managed to spend as much time at each site. The hotels we stayed in is nothing great but are generally clean. By Western standards, it's more of a 2 to 3 star.

Our driver Basel A. Mousa is great! He drove safely and with lots of info shared with us. The program is good. However, some feedback, will be good that the agent can first give us list of hotels to choose in advance for our more preferred selection. Also, try to stay the last night at Dead sea than Amman. The program can be designed better if following that arrangement. Also, will be good to know there are options of better hotels facilities that we can use if we are willing to pay more to get into the dead sea beach side. Others are all good.
