Very well organised and excellent guide. Faultless service from the lovely guide and Viator as a company. Would have given it 5 stars but like others say 2 hours at the mall is too long. You would have time to go up the Burj Kalifa but unless you buy a ticket in advance its way too much money.

Very nice tour and excellent guide who responded to all questions with candor. Helpful for planning our next day activities. Would have like to visit Burj Khalifa but I found out at the tour that a visit was not included. We will try to come back to Dubai for this visit

Too much driving. Not enough time at museum. Eliminate stop at the beach. Wish the tour included a trip up the tallest building. I would think a tour company could negotiate prices and times with the building.
