What people are saying about Walking Tours in Yerevan

star-5
Group Tour: Lake Sevan (Sevanavank), Dilijan (Goshavank, Haghartsin)
"If you want to see absolutely stunning natural sights of Armenia - this is the trip to choose! It is amazing to think of Armenia's small size, yet very varied nature - at one point you go through a tunnel and once you are out the other side, the scenery has changed to very humid, lush and green enchanted forest before it was dry, somewhat barren and covered in dragon glass obsidian. The first stop at Lake Sevan revealed gorgeous scenery - we had a chance to visit a monastery which was located on a mountain and overlooked other mountains covered in a veil of clouds and the beautiful lake glistening like a silver carpet embroided with shiny nylon threads. The only downside - the stop was an hour long, so you would have to choose between looking at the monastery complex or actually trying to dip yourself in the crystal clear water and later warming yourself with tea that costs exactly 200 drams! The tour was very efficient, the lovely guide sorry to have forgotten her name always made sure everyone is well informed about what will happen, where and what time to meet. The minibus was comfortable plenty of leg room, had good air-con system and even a screen at the front, which kept us entertained with Armenian music videos on the way back. Also, during the lunch-break our group visited a restaurant I personally didn't eat there due to slightly funny tummy, but the actual place looked beautiful and very traditional - definitely a place to walk around and take photos if not in the mood for lunch. Overall a very good experience and even better value for money - definitely would suggest! :"..."

Group Tour: Khor Virap, Noravank, Hin Areni wine tour & tasting, Birds-Cave
"A shot was the most fabulous guide! It was nice going this time of year (and during COVID-19) because we were, for the most part, the only tourists at each spot. In winter, it can be foggy and hard to see the views of Ararat, but the fog cleared up later in the day and it was stunning. 10/10 would recommend this tour and Anahit!"..."

"This day tour is perfect for seeing the city of Gyumri and surrounding area, including the nearby monastery in the mountains. The bus was very comfortable and the seasoned driver made the 2 hour drive more relaxing. We were able to take in the scenery and enjoy the ride. Our tour guide had great information about the city of Gyumri and was happy to show us the beauty and history of this town by foot - taking our time to really see and learn about the old and new happenings of Gyumri. It’s a gorgeous town and loved visiting! If you’re visiting Armenia, do not leave the country without spending time in Gyumri!!"..."

Private 6-7 hour Tsaghkadzor, Kecharis, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank Tour from Yerevan
"Our tour guide and driver were wonderful! It was chilly in the mountains and snowy/windy at Lake Sevan, but our guide had a wonderful attitude and was happy to take us around the natural areas as much as we wanted. She even waited patiently for us to take the ski lift up the mountain and check out more views. We visited two beautiful, old monasteries and got to glimpse some of the service, which was very special. My husband and I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the lake, the countryside and beautiful mountains!"..."
