This two-block-long elevated linear park in Rosslyn, Virginia, formerly a freeway overpass, was once a monument to the First Amendment; in 2008, though, all of its significant artworks were removed by the Newseum and incorporated into the museum itself. What remains now is a narrow, almost featureless park that serves as a spot for local workers to take a midday break.
