Museum of Vancouver Tours

Museum of Vancouver
The Museum of Vancouver in Vanier Park tells the story of the city and its surrounding areas. Visit the largest civic museum in Canada for a deeper understanding of Vancouver, including its First Nations roots. Learn more through its range of historical and contemporary artifacts, stories, and interactive exhibits and programs.

The Basics
The museum’s collections cover a broad range of topics, including history, art, ethnography, archaeology, and natural history. The museum is divided into History Galleries (permanent exhibits) and Featured Galleries (temporary exhibits). Stop at highlights including an important ancestral village of the Musqueam First Nation, the 1960s and 1970s in Vancouver, and Neon Vancouver.

For extra savings, opt for a pass that includes the attached H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, or a pass that includes a third Vanier Park spot, the Vancouver Maritime Museum. Visit on a hop-on hop-off bus tour to explore the city at your leisure. Or opt for a private guided tour to fully customize your itinerary.
