The Basics

The interior of Peles Castle is richly adorned with carvings, inlay, antiques, and artworks, and can be seen only on guided tours. Join a shorter tour of the ground floor only, or a longer tour that includes the upper level of the palace.

Day trips and multi-day tours of Transylvania often combine Peles Castle with visits to other historic landmarks in the region, such as Bran Castle and Râșnov Fortress. You can also explore both Peles Castle and Pelisor Castle, an art-nouveau-style royal residence on the same estate.

Amazing Transylvania
Had a day trip tour with Bogdan back on 6th June 2021. It was a great trip overall, we visited all the expected places and we had enough time for picture and enjoying the places. Our guide is very informative and gentle, glad to have him as our guide for the day. Great job Bog 👍🏼

Transylvania and Dracula's Castle Small Group Tour from Bucharest
We had a great time on the tour with Bogdan! The castles on the tour were unfortunately closed due to COVID-19 but Bogdan was still able to give us a full experience with lots of anecdotes about the castles and Romanian history. This tour is a great way to see some more of Romania if you are staying in Bucharest.

Marius was a fantastic guide! Unfortunately the castles were closed due to coronavirus but he still made sure we had a great day and told us as much as he could about the castles and showed us pictures. It was lovely having extra time in Brasov and I would really recommend this trip!

Private Day Trip to Peles Castle, Dracula's Castle and Brasov
This trip was very enjoyable, just be ready for a full day. Peles castle is quite beautiful. Personally loved Bran’s castle with all its history. And Brasov was a very charming city. Our driver, Emil, was very friendly. Answered all questions, gave us clear instructions of where to go and where he would pick us up. Between the driver and the sights we Had an enjoyable day.
