The estate is no longer used solely as a working tool, but as a place of exchange where wine is told through a family and regional history. You will taste 5 Alsace wines and a vegetable quiche in a unique setting: old family cellar dating from 1850 where history and modernity mix! a small cozy space is also available in the old vaulted cellar of the House. Children are welcome and will have a premium fruit juice instead of the house wines.
