Our guide was great. I wish we would have had more time in this port. The tour was the best.

Absolutely great tour with our guide Emri. He met us at the port as scheduled. Driver was friendly, bus was clean, AC worked great. We circumvented the crowds by taking the tour backwards from the cruise people. Emri new his stuff. Wonderful lunch at Agora. Highly recommend.

Private Shore Excursion: Ephesus, Terrace Houses, St. Mary House, St. John Basilica
The tour itself was great and recommended. We had a problem that the company used by Viator they didn't had a reservation for us, but after much talking it worked out. Make sure you take a copy of your paper work provided to you by Viator.

Kusadasi Shore Excursion: Private Tour to Ephesus including Basilica of St John and Temple of Artemis
Alex was a great tour guide. Even though the house of the Virgin Mary was crowded, it was beautiful to see. We especially enjoyed the Ancient City of Ephesus. The ruins are impressive and Alex told us about their advancements in engineering for such an old city. Lunch at a small Turkish restaurant was delicious and served family style. It was inexpensive but very good. Our final stop was to see how Turkish rugs are made. We enjoyed the demonstration and even purchased a Turkish rug!

Private Shore Excursion: Ephesus, Terrace Houses, St. Mary House, St. John Basilica
This is the most complete tour, historically and religiously, with very competent and courteous staff. They touch all the bases, freely answer all questions and the pace is set by you what a joy. The luncheon was also excellent. The rug tour has some pressure to buy, but they accept a no thanks with professional grace. You will feel safe and won't be disappointed with the content

Private Shore Excursion: Ephesus, Terrace Houses, St. Mary House, St. John Basilica
The tour and guide were excellent. The terrace houses were a must. It was interesting to hear the history of Ephesus. We really enjoyed the lunch afterwards but could have done without the carpet factory. It was interesting but didn't like the sales pitch. Overall, we would defintely do this again.

Private Shore Excursion: Ephesus, Terrace Houses, St. Mary House, St. John Basilica
Excellent tour guide and told us specific places of interest. We had sufficient time to visit the places. Lunch was at a local outdoor area which was quite pleasant but the food was nothing special. A government owned carpet making place is next door where we were shown a lot og nice carpets but we didn't buy any as we don't need them. Having been to Ephesus before, the highlight was the Teerace Houses which are definitely worth to see.

Kusadasi Shore Excursion: Private Tour to Ephesus including Basilica of St John and Temple of Artemis
Our tour was very good and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. This was in June, so it was very hot. While hats helped, I had an umbrella which provided more protection from the sun. The only down side was the last stop in which we were shown how Turkish rugs were made with ample pressure to purchase a rug. This was not on the published itinerary. If this happens, you have to be persistent in your refusal.
