Come to Gravity Yoga LLC to experience a unique style of yoga; Yoga Trapeze. Our classes are open to beginners to yoga and experienced yogis. Class is one hour and runs very much like a regular yoga session. We start by warming up and tuning into our breathing. We then move using the Yoga Trapeze to support our postures. Ending the class with a savasana in the Trapeze. Students leave feeling stretched, worked out, & relaxed. It is a fun way to spend time with friends and family. Usually there is a perfect mix of focus and fun. There is a small amount of risk taking which can be exciting and fun to do with those you know or want to know better. While many of the yoga poses we do on the Yoga Trapeze look very similar to their mat-based counterparts, the dynamics are very unique.
