The Basics

With so many attractions packed in, Downtown Nashville deserves a prominent spot on any itinerary in the city. While the neighborhood is easily explored on foot, you can also hop in a horse and carriage for a tour of attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum and Tennessee State Capitol. Night owls can experience the best of downtown aboard a BYOB open-air party bus as it cruises through Lower Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

Cam was AWESOME! Not only was this an incredible way for a first time visitor to see the whole city, but it was fun and NOT “boring,” per my three teenage boys. Cam was in tune with them, pointed out interesting historical places, but also just showed us cool sights. It was perfect for our family of five. Also very COVID friendly, as it was just us and Cam, all wearing masks outside. It was an extremely affordable, private tour of Nashville! 1000% recommend the tour and Cam! Thank you!

The stories that the guide Jason had to share with us of Nashville. We wouldn't of gotten, or known of them, had it not been for him.

I would definitely do the tour again. Our tour guide had so much historical knowledge. Our group was awesome in itself, so the tour guide would play off each tourist. I think we all ENJOYED it!!

Well the most memorable was that a snake swam in front of my kayak! We had a great time and it was a really neat and unique experience, especially compared to all the junk on Broadway!

The most memorable parts of our tour was to see how proud and enthusiastic our guide, Deborah, was of Nashville. The tour was great because it took you to places a larger vehicle couldn't access. We loved all the historical background Deborah was able to share about the city. When you add Deborah's enthusiasm and willingness to adapt the ride for us, this tour was the most memorable of our stay.

Jerry was excellent. Best guide ever! Learned a significant amount of history of Nashville. Again, Big Jerry made the tour!

When to Get There

To get a feel for Downtown Nashville, plan to visit during the day to take in the cultural attractions and again at night to experience the famous nightlife. There’s live music pretty much every night of the week, but it’s a good idea to take a look at who’s playing beforehand and get tickets, if necessary.
