Camp Caucasus offers a journey of a healthier mind and body! After daily workshops and fitness adventure with our coach and physiotherapist you will come home healthier, mindfull, educated and with new friends with the same mindset. We encourage you to take part in something more than a regular holiday. During our healthy and happy lifestyle camp, you will wake up with daily stretching, workout in the mountains and on the coast of the Black sea. During workshops, you will learn new things about breathing, sports, and martial arts. To connect with nature we will spend 3 days in subtropical Mtirala national park, where we will hike, swim under the waterfall, sleep in the mountain shelter. And of course, we will enjoy famous Georgian cuisine and wines.
