En esta experiencia os enseñaré que la aspirina crece en los ríos, que hay una especie de lechuga que vive en las paredes o que el pacharán es un arbusto muy abundante. Que hay arbustos cuyas hojas reducen la fiebre o flores cicatrizantes. Si ha llovido, crecen setas que huelen a mantequilla, harina o anís y se comen. Todo eso y mucho más por descubrir, en uno de los valles más bonitos y pintorescos del Pirineo. El Valle de Gistaín. Quedamos en Plan (Valle de Gistaín) y continuamos hasta la entrada de Gistaín, donde dejaremos los coches. Subimos a un mirador encima del pueblo, un pequeño tramo de pista y un sendero que se interna entre campos abandonados y más adelante, prados repletos de flores (1:15 horas) Aquí las vistas os dejarán sin aliento. Durante todo el camino aprenderemos a identificar toda clase de plantas, setas, por qué están aquí y para qué sirven muchas de ellas. ¿Has visto alguna vez Flor de Nieve? Panticosa Spa is a glacier hole in the middle of Spanish Pyrenees; a granite hole rounded by peaks more high than 3000 meters. It has 4 lakes at less one hour of walk, 11 at less 2 hours and circa 80 at 4 hours! And has a multitude of species of trees, shrubs, flowers and mushrooms that grow along its trails. I propose you to visit some of the most unknown, and of greater diversity, where we will learn to identify those species that serve to heal or eat. A comfortable and entertaining tour, in which we will lack time. There is a specific path. There are few loops between a forest of maples, Scottish pines and black pines to the first fields, meadows and a small trough where the forest is closed again over streams and springs water (30 ') to ascend to a small pass, already in sight of the first lake of the Lumiachas (1 hour; and the time to take photos, identify plants ..) After, we'll return along the waterfalls of Caldarés river (1:30 am) to the Casa de Piedra refuge. We'll rest and review what we have found, resolve doubts and take a walk to the hot spring water and the lake to end!

7:30 (DAYTIME; Sunday to Thursday) I offer you a mountain bike adventure through the southern steppe of Zaragoza, touring very peculiar landscapes and above all, full of life! It is a simple itinerary, but the difference is that the itinerary is only a means -like the bike- the objective of this experience is to learn to identify flowers, bushes and birds. Apparently, the surroundings of Zgz, except for the groves, seem hostile, inhospitable and almost lifeless ... but nothing is what it seems. There are ravines with water, with so much vegetation that it is impossible to pass; there are pine forests, cliffs, some maple, mastic trees ... 20:15 (NIGHT, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) | Here everything changes, we share an hour of botany but from there, it is an orientation exercise for a place that at night is totally different.
