Cooking in the back-country is an art. It takes careful planning, cool outdoor gear and light weight ingredients. At Peak Nic, you will experience how it feels to be completely self-sufficient in the great outdoors. Equipped with a small backpack full of ingredients, outdoor cooking gear and a hiking pole, you will be hiking a 3.5 KM intermediate trail to a famous local peak Old Fort Point. Once at the top, we will setup camp and I will teach you how to cook delicious food in the outdoors using light and flavor-packed ingredients with a "leave-no-trace" approach. We will then sit and enjoy our creations while taking in panoramic views.

Come join me in the evening by the fire, make yourself comfortable and be prepared to engage in conversation about Indigenous culture, with stories, drumming, and songs. I will teach you songs, some beautiful phrases in Cree! You will go away fulfilled after this spiritual adventure!

We have developed the most focused, modern bartending training offered in Canada. You'll learn how to become a great bartender. We'll teach you over 100 drinks including highballs, cocktails, shooters, martinis and also the 'Lingo' of bartenders. All training materials have been recently updated, with new training drills. Our classes start every Monday (Unless Monday is a holiday, then it's Tuesday) and run to Thursday. 20 hours of learning, 4 hours per day. You'll leave with a bartending certificate and the confidence to work in any venue!

This tour will help you to learn how to photograph unique spots around Banff National Park. Depending on the request of the group, I can take you to popular spots that are easily accessible by the road or I can take you hiking to some of the most unique perspectives in the Canadian Rockies.

Beginners can book these cross-country ski lessons amidst the stunning scenery of the Canadian Rockies. With a small group of just four people or fewer, you'll get personalized attention from your guide as you learn a new skill. Practice how to fall down, get back up, glide, and stop on a pristine snowy trail with other beginners.

Our guides are incredible instructors, fun to be around, and have a vast wealth of experience skiing and riding in the backcountry. They are certified to the highest standards in the industry by the ACMG/IFMGA. Skiing and riding safely in complicated mountain terrain requires a lot of experience and proper mentorship. We are here to ensure you start off in the right direction.

The Rock Experience program is designed to offer a unique rock climbing experience to people of all abilities. Our guides are incredible instructors, skilled climbers, and fun to be around. They are certified to the highest standards in the industry by the ACMG/IFMGA. For beginners, the guides will review all of the basic safety systems and demonstrate proper climbing technique. For guests with intermediate climbing skills, the guides will work on advanced movement skills and other rope techniques such as rappelling. For guests with advanced climbing skills, the guides will offer expert level instruction to keep you engaged - be prepared for steep climbing technique lessons, mock leading, building anchors and rigging rappel systems.
